Universal pivot-frame bandsaw for single-sided mitre cuts
The KASTOmicut E 4.6 is a compact and powerful bandsaw, specially designed for cutting round and flat material at single-sided mitre angles. With its continuously adjustable mitre setting up to +60°, it is ideal for a wide range of workshop and production applications.
The hydraulically controlled feed movement ensures precise and consistent cuts. Both the blade and material are clamped mechanically – robust and low-maintenance. A particularly clever feature: the pivot point of the saw unit is located exactly at the intersection of the saw blade and the material support edge. This eliminates the need for length correction when changing the mitre angle – saving time and improving efficiency.
The continuously adjustable cutting speed allows optimal adaptation to different material grades. This makes the KASTOmicut E 4.6 a truly universal solution for demanding metal cutting applications.
