A lateral moving double roller conveyor is the easiest solution to reduce downtimes. This device makes the disposal of remnants and reloading possible during the main cutting period.
Description of the functions
- Roller conveyor 1 in working position, material is cut.
- Roller conveyor 2 in waiting position, the remnant can be disposed of and new material can be stored.
- After completion of the cutting order, the remnant bar is moved automatically back onto roller conveyor 1, through the lateral movement of the double roller conveyor, roller conveyor 2 is moved automatically into working position, following this step, the material bar is automatically fed and positioned into the machine from roller conveyor 2 and the cutting operation is started.
All operating elements are located in the machine.
