KASTOload tilt

The KASTOload tilt magazine is a material feed device that is particularly suitable for processing large quantities of round material and tubes. On request, the handling of square and rectangular material can also be taken into account.

This magazine enables the automatic reloading of bar material of the same dimensions and material quality. It has manually inclination-adjustable material support stanchions for presenting the material bars. The separating cams, which are adjusted to the respective material diameter, are set precisely using a handwheel with a digital display. The magazine roller conveyor is also equipped with frequency-controlled transport rollers, which ensure an even and controlled material flow.

All operating elements of the inclined magazine are integrated directly on the machine, which ensures simple and user-friendly operation.
