Universal magazine without fixed compartment division

The universal magazine without fixed compartment division is an effective solution for the pre-storage and automatic reloading of material bars of various dimensions, qualities and shapes. The use of a load-bearing long-link roller chain facilitates transverse material transport, which means that only minimal force is required for operation.

The return storage polder is used for the automatic return storage of offcuts. Small offcuts are disposed of via a cut-off sorting device into an offcut container. All operating elements are located in the machine.

The KASTO universal magazine optimises material handling thanks to its ability to pre-store and automatically reload bars of different dimensions, qualities and shapes. Load-bearing long-link roller chains enable efficient transverse material transport with minimum effort and without limiting the pre-storage weight, which allows maximum utilisation of the magazine compartments. The electrically driven, lifting and lowering chain strands in the area of the magazine roller conveyor ensure gentle cross transport of the material.

The return storage polder is used for the automatic return storage of offcuts; smaller offcuts are disposed of in an offcut container. The return storage polder is installed to the right of the magazine roller conveyor in the direction of material flow.
