Rotation station for efficient material flow
KASTOfenestra turn is a rotation station designed to change the orientation of the reference edge of profiles within the material flow. The solution aligns long-length profiles in a storage cassette for the next production step and returns them to the storage system in the required orientation. From there, they are conveyed to downstream machining centres or production areas. This eliminates time-consuming manual turning and repositioning operations, whilst making it easier to standardise and automate processes.
