The cut-piece sorting device via a pallet belt conveyor system has a usable sorting section measuring 2,400 mm in length. Cut-pieces and discs can be sorted on both sides. It is a frequency-controlled powered belt.
The pushing motion is carried out by a hydraulically powered lateral pusher. The sorting positions can be programmed.
The cut-pieces and remnants can be sorted at the end of the transport belt into a scrap container (not included in the scope of delivery).
