Automatically store, prepare and process profiles
In window, door and façade production, different materials, formats and processing steps need to be reliably coordinated, often within limited space. Searching for profiles, unnecessary transport routes and manual order preparation can all slow down production.
With KASTOfenestra, KASTO offers a modular solution for the automated storage and handling of aluminium, PVC and steel profiles. Modules for storage, sorting, order picking and material provision can be integrated directly into the production flow. The result: greater stock transparency, shorter transport routes and a continuous supply to production workstations.
Precise profiles with modern bandsaw technology
In addition to KASTOfenestra, KASTO will present a bandsaw from the KASTOmicut U 2.6 range as well as the KASTOmicut A 2.6 at BATIMAT 2026. These machines enable precise straight and mitre cuts on tubes, profiles and solid materials, meeting the typical requirements of window, door, façade and gate manufacturing.
Depending on requirements, the KASTOmicut is available in manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic versions. It is suitable for both individual cuts and automated production processes, combining a high degree of flexibility with reliable cutting quality.
