KASTOvericut series
Fully hydraulic vertical miter bandsaw for precise and fast double sided miter cuts. The horizontally guided swivel axis for infinitely variable miter adjustment of -45 to +60° (optionally ±60°) and the accurate reference axis through the sturdy pivot point directly at the point of intersection of material support edge and bandsaw blade allow highest precision and efficiency. Mitered layer cuts are possible. Standard equipment with
- Continuous material support, independent from miter angle
- Easy loading from top for safe handling, even of bulky work pieces
- Optional 3° tilt of saw head for virtually burr-free cuts
- BasicControl with easy to understand symbols as well as status and error messages in clear text, order memory with 98 data record of lengths/number of pieces combinations
- KASTO Universal Hydraulic UH for optimum adaptation to each cutting task by infinitely variable selection between constant feed rate or constant cutting force, no blade change between cutting solids and profiles
KASTOvericut U
Very large work range: With straight cuts 600 x 460 mm (h x w), with 45°-miter cuts 425 x 460 mm, with 60°-miter cuts 300 x 460 mm. In spite of the large work and swivel range only small footprint is needed, for basic machine only 2700 mm x 1900 mm. Standard equipment with:

KASTOvericut A
Fully automatic vertical bandsaw with large work range, double sided miter adjustment and many automatic functions. Same as KASTOvericut U, but in addition with
Automatic zero positioning - the first cut-piece is fully automatically positioned to the desired cut-piece length and cut.Feed vise for material transport up to 3000 mm in one stroke. Accurate positioning by a frequency-controlled drive via rack and pinion drive. Option: Horizontally moving linear guided cut-piece pusher to remove remnants in unmanned operation
