The In-line storage system UNILINE is designed as sheet metal or flat goods storage system from approx. 200 storage locations for single deep storage. The one or double sided storage system accepts pallets of all sheet formats.

UNILINE In-line storage systems can be installed as stand-alone unit in an existing building or as a completely self-supporting silo construction with roof and walls - for maximum space utilization and possible tax advantages

KASTO developed a fully automatic, computer controlled handling unit for sheet commissioning, which satisfies even comprehensive demands. Your vacuum handling system has 3 vacuuming circles with different suction units for oiled raw sheets, sensitive stainless steel and thin aluminum sheets as well as corrugated sheets. These vacuuming circles are fully automatically controlled via the inventory control computer and placed in position according to the to be separated material. The system adjusts automatically to each format (small, medium and large). The vacuum handling system removes and separates the desired number of sheets and deposits those at the predetermined commissioning location. If needed, it places layers of cardboard between the metal sheets - it separates different grades plus avoids sticking and damages to the sheets.
