For fully automatic 90° and serial miter cuts. Efficiently working from a roller conveyor or out of a magazine all the way to the cut-piece container. Independent of cut-piece number, saw orders can be processed in unmanned operation

Optionally, infeed roller conveyors and, depending on application, different magazines are available for work piece infeed.

Other possibilities of an operator-free material feed are direct integration into a KASTOcenter (combination saw and storage system) or a KASTOsawcell (combination cassette storage system with bar separation from the cassette and transport of the individual bar to the saw).

Cut-pieces are separated from trim cuts, intermediate pieces and remnants and can optionally, depending on need, be sorted and placed into different containers or stacked.

Easy order programming of the KASTO EasyControl due to graphic display of the cutting geometry and the calculated quantity of material per order. The sawing parameters and the cutting depths are automatically assigned based on the stored material master records.
