The block bandsaw KASTO plate with a moving saw head convinces with its large cutting range and very compact dimensions. Ideal for precise cutting tasks, where steel, aluminum and non-ferrous materials of all types and sizes need to be cut as close as possible to the finished dimensions. The block bandsaw cuts metal blocks and plates and is equipped with:

• Cutting length from 2.100 to 4.100 mm, in 1.000 mm increments.
• Cutting height 320 mm (with cutting control), 280 mm (without cutting control)
• Cutting depth (throat depth) up to 660 mm
• Sturdy table design for material weights up to
  5 tons (with a table length of 3.100 mm)
• Cutting speeds from 17 to 110 m/min or 50 - 500 m/min for aluminum
• Powered chip removal brush, coolant system and chip conveyor integrated in table
