    The KASTO sawing center is a highly automatic end-to-end solution. It combines performances of a storage system, a saw and a control in one system and ensures highest reliability and minimum idle times due to perfectly coordinated individual components. Depending on its design, a sawing center can replace 3 to 7 individual saws. More advantages:

    Computer-controlled operating gantry cranes of the sawing center automatically feed single bars to an integrated CNC saw and automatically restore the remnants. An inventory control computer keeps a perpetual inventory.

    Combined KASTO systems tie the advantages of cantilever arm and cassette storage together to a universal solution, satisfying a large number of applications. Single bars are quickly and automatically picked from the cantilever arm of the sawing center and put back. The correct material is automatically located in a cassette. Main advantage of cassette storage: best space utilization and high quantity turnover.
