High performance circular saw for cost-effective mass production cutting of steel and non-ferrous metals. All machines with infeed roller conveyor with feed cart, hydraulically dampened precision length measuring stop (different cut-piece length ranges), appropriate cut-piece outfeed units with sorting device for trim cuts and remnants.

KASTOspeed 9

The KASTOspeed C 9 cuts solids with tensile strengths up to 1.400 N/mm with carbide throw-away blades with a cutting width of 2 or 2,5 mm or (i.e. to cut steel tubes) with HSS-blades, with 3 mm cutting width to Ø 90 mm.
Version KASTOspeed M 9 cuts non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper...) with HSS and/or carbide saw blades.

With carbide and or HSS saw blades to cut steel solids and tubes, up to Ø 150 mm.

The KASTOspeed 9 was awarded with the design prize reddot 2004 by design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen, Essen. The combination of ergonomics as well as functional and esthetic design was judged. Highlights:
